Funnell rode her 2003 Rolex-Kentucky CCI**** and 2003 Burghley Masterfoods
CCI**** winner Primmore's Pride (47.7) to win the Chatsworth CCI*** World Cup
Qualifier, in England last weekend. She scored 28.1 on the Dressage, a truly sensationsl
performance! The pair added 19.6 time faults Cross Country and Show Jumped clean.

Nicholson (NZL) placed second on Fenico (56.3) from 22 year old Georgie Davies
with Fachoudette (58.,5). Andrew's Dressage score was 46.3; however, he only added
10 Cross Country time faults. William
Fox-Pitt had the fastest time Cross Country for 8.8 time faults; but, had a rail
in the Show Jumping to drop to fifth. Other
top finishers were: 4th. Sasha Harrison (IRE), All Love Du Fenaud - 58.6
5th. William Fox-Pitt, Stunning - 59.4 6th. Matt Ryan (AUS), Bonza Katoomba
- 59.6 9th. Kim Severson (USA), He's Got Rhythm - 64.2 Kim
and He's Got Rhythm scored 45 in Dressage, added no Show Jumping faults and no
Cross Country jumping faults; but, did incur 19.2 time faults on the Cross Country.
Kim went to Chatsworth in order to qualify Jazz for the Olympic Games. which she
succeeded in doing. |
