The
Pine Top Winter II Horse Trials were held at Thompson, GA, on Saturday February
21, 2004.
There
were five O/I Sections which had the following results:
OI/A:
Phillip Dutton (AUS) and
Nova Top (25.0), last year's winner of the 
Foxhall
CCI***, won from Nathalie Bouckaert and Westfarthing (25.5). (Phillip
and Nova Top are pictured at right jumping a corner in the water at Foxhall, 2003.)
OI/B:
John Williams rode
Carrick (39.5), who placed 4th at the Burghley Masterfood CCI**** last fall, to
first place from Kim Severson and Maguire (40.0).
OI/C:
Holly Hepp
and Lester Piggott (37.2) from Phillip Dutton (AUS) and Amazing Odyssey
(41.2)
OI/D:
Gayle Molander riding I Love Lucy (33.6) from Phillip Dutton (AUS) and
The Foreman (35.5).
Y/OI:
Amanda Judge
with Saxony (44.4) from Jenna Schildmier and Tumble Dry (45.5).
In
addition there were seven sections of Open Preliminary. They were won by Kim
Severson; Bonnie Mosser; Debbie Atkinson; Kevin Keane; Nadeem Noon (PAK); Elizabeth
Stewart; and Y/OP: Alex Felsenstein.
