The Fork CIC***- W and Horse Trials

The Dressage for the CIC***-W (World Cup Qualifier) was held on Thursday with the following results:

CIC***-W Dressage Results:

1. Allison Springer, Arthur - 38.4
2. Mara Dean, High Patriot - 43.1
3. Kim Severson, Tipperary Liadhnan - 46.2
4. Heidi White-Carty, Northern Spy - 48.1
5. Clark Montgomery, Up Spirit - 49.7


On Friday, the Dressage for the CCI*** was held . Two competitors placed two horses in the top eight - Great Britain's Leslie Law is in first place with Mystere du Val (formerly the ride of Stuart Black) and in seventh place with Private Heart. (Leslie and Mystere du Val are pictured at the right.)

The USA's Amy Tryon stands third with Coal Creek and fourth with Leyland. (Amy and Coal Creek are pictured below at the right.) There were just over thirty competitors in this section.

Because of the threat of heavy rain on Saturday, the schedule for Saturday and Sunday has been changed. The Show Jumping, for all sections, will be held on Saturday and the Cross Country, for all sections, is now scheduled for Sunday.

The Show Jumping, on Saturday, will be held in the following order with approximate times:

8 AM - Preliminary
11 AM - Intermediate
1:45 PM - World Cup
3:15 PM - CIC***
500 PM - Advanced

The Cross Country, on Sunday, will be held in the following order with approximate times:

9:00 AM - Preliminary
12:45 PM - World Cup
1:45 PM - CIC***
2:50 PM - Advanced
4:20 PM - Intermediate
